Saw this interview with Eric Snow, Iverson's friend and former backcourt mate in Philly and he said that Iverson wasn't interested in playing behind someone that he's better than. That I can agree with. He also said that iverson didn't want to go to a championship team that's already in place to "steal" a championship. He said that iverson would come off the bench if he was part of building a championship team but except for the aforementioned reasons - no dice. I'm feeling the brotha and I agree! Philly is a good fit for him because the team is better than it was when he was there. The talent is better and they would make him better rather than it being his responsibility in making them better. He has not shown that popensity before and to expect it now would be foolish. The bottom line is - you can't find 5 guys in the NBA who would volunteer to guard him. He will play with a chip on his shoulder and I look forward to seeing him get his vengence against the league.
