An Eagle

Something that can soar above obstacles, is powerful, and has a keen sense.
Now, like all of us, an eagle is flawed sometimes in judgment and uses its powers for less than the good of itself and the society around them. Vick’s past as a Falcon allowed him to fly at a high speed and change direction rapidly. Not an eagle! An eagle is steady and purposed on the task at hand.
Destiny seems to have a way of making things as they should be…

I am in full agreement with the destiny angle.
He’s been recruited by Donavan McNabb since he was in high school and now he’s an understudy to McNabb. Not that I am exactly thilled with that athletically, however mentally and emotionally its cool.
I did find it interesting that he remained a fowl and the strength he gains from being an eagle will do him well.
He will go on to have a steller career and if he learned his lesson (which I believe he has) he will not become another member of the fowl family which is a turkey and be devoured by all who want him to fail.
He is indeed destiny’s child, so do us well bro Vick!

YES!!! Mike Vick got picked up by the Eagles on a 1-yr contract with an option for two!! This is an excerpt from an article about Vick…”PETA and millions of decent football fans around the world are disappointed that the Eagles decided to sign a guy who hung dogs from trees. He electrocuted them with jumper cables and held them under water,” PETA spokesman Dan Shannon told The Associated Press. Are you kiddingme!?! “Decent football fans”?!?! Man I wish America could delve into the personal lives of every PETA representative to see THEIR dirt!! We as a society are so quick to crucify someone and ‘throw the 1st stone’ as if our houses aren’t made of glass and we don’t have junk going with us that we’d rather everyone not know!! I say, “Do you thing Mike!! God speed!!!”

Hey Mike… I do see your point. Its a crazy and crucial story. Vick just has to do his part. Unfortunately, its part of being in the public eye… they have a say (no matter how unfair or biased it might be). Stop by again soon!!
