You know, I heard a comedian say once that having a hater means that you’re doing something right. I think I can agree with that…

For those who don’t know, a “hater” is one who hates (I know, I know, you’re not suppose to use part of the word in the definition… Geesh!) on another; giving grief to another for whatever reason (Hey, I never said I was related to Webster.). As you know from my previous post (and, I’m sure, all of news), Tiger is coming back! Yay!… Okay, apparently, there are major haters out there.

One of the bigger names is Phil Mickelson, Tiger’s golfing contemporary. He tries to act like he’s indifferent to Tiger’s presence, but that, in and of itself is being quite the hater because if you’re alive you have to be impressed with the skill and dominance of Tiger. Mickelson actually drains me because he’s so smug about his own success and doesn’t seem willing to say, ”Hey, Tiger is the greatest”. It would’ve been like Pippen (Jordan’s faithful sidekick) saying that Jordan wasn’t the greatest… From that vantage point, it just can’t be denied.

While I’m all for haters (We all need them to make us better!), I just wish props were given first, then one can hate all he or she wants. Like, I hate on Hubby for taken an enormous amount of time to think things through (Love you, Pooh!), but I can admit that usually he makes good decisions because of it. Haters, I’m just saying
