High-Paid Help!
Posted by VeRonda Wicks October 22nd, 2008Now, would you ask your teacher to write your paper for you or ask your parents (back in the day, of course) to do your chores?… (Some of you would, wouldn’t you?… Okay, I’m back). Well, it was a major surprise (more like a slight chuckle) when I saw Tiger Woods, golf’s elite, on the greens as a caddie…
You read it right… Woods was honoring the Buick’s “Tee it Up with Tiger” sweepstakes and yes, he was the prize… caddied for the winner while he played the back nine. Now that’s an assistant, huh?
Okay, I appreciate the whole servitude theme. I’m all for doing stuff for people (Sometimes. LOL!) and when you give of yourself and time people really appreciate you. What I am most stoked (Did I say “stoked”? That is totally my girlfriend’s word and not mine.) about is that he, the best in the game, was there giving advice and tips to this guy!!…
I would have to say Kobe Bryant would be my caddie (I first thought of Michael Jordan, but they’re both similar in their aptitude for the game)… My Boo, A.K.A. Hubby, needed time to think before he shared who his caddie was (I still didn’t get a name. LOL!). Who’s the “caddie” of your fave sport?

Great question! However, I could not pick out one ‘caddie’ because there are some many great athletes that I would love to get input from. Being that I’m mostly a football fan, I would like to be able to have a conversation with Vince Lombardi. But I would have a heck of a lot of caddies!

Well, after much thought…I could have picked a gorgeous caddy….but instead I’ve picked ROMEO CRENEL. I would just like a little time with him to ask him “Just WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU THINKING every week??????????????”
Don’t get me started now VeRonda!!!!!!! LOL

DC: Wow, Vince, huh? That’s heavy stuff… You know, apparently he was hard core back in the day. I’m sure there was much to glean from him.
Sheila: Hey!! You should’ve picked someone gorgeous! LOL! There’s no rule that you just couldn’t decide on just one person… If you get the Crenel conversation, please ask him the same thing for me. Thanks for dropping by!

Okay, I’m back. (your blog is refreshing after my posts) So okay, I’ve come to realization that no one is going to figure out what Romeo is thinking…so I’m going to pick Grady Sizemore. If I hung out with him for the day, it would not only be fun, but would drive my 18 yr old crazy. See…a nice little payback for the last 18 yrs. LOL

LOL, Sheila! Hey, whatever works… That’s your job–to drive your teenager crazy. Get ‘em! Thanks for dropping by again…

Caddie…hmmm..I am so into my own alma mater’s sports that I would have to pick from UCLA Gymnastics or UCLA Basketball (men’s team). Now how they would caddie for me I am not sure…but I would love to sit in the family section at Pauley Pavillion because they are the next best seats to student seats that I am obviously not eligible for anymore!!! LOL! Mahalo for stopping by my blog and I hope to “see” you in Hawaii again!!

You know, you have to love your alma mater!! Thank you for stopping by here… I really liked your site. See you soon!

I would love to have Tiger Woods caddy for me. I haven’t watched much gold since he had surgery. I’d also like to have Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer do it.

Hey Mike! I’m telling you, Tiger’s the man. And, I agree that there hasn’t been much interest since he’s been out… I can’t wait to see him playing again. And, Jack and Arnold would be an honor… I don’t know what I’d do w/myself. Thanks for the visit!
